Dr Ratnavel was very professional from the beginning, putting at ease our 10 year old son, during the consultation and the nevus excision. He gave us a lot of good piece of advise and he's very helpful, sympathetic and communicative. Perfect friendly approach with kids and worried parents :) Highly recommended!

I would unreservedly recommend Dr Ratnavel. He has a very reassuring manner, communicates well and listens well too. When carrying out a procedure (I had local anaesthetic) he works very quickly and precisely. I felt no pain - either then or since - which is quite amazing. His team are also excellent.

I have seen Dr Ratnavel a couple of times, he always puts me at ease and listens to my concerns. I would recommend Dr Ratnavel to anyone who needs a dermatologist.

Dr Ratnavel removed 4 cystis in my head scalp and a large one in my back (which happened to be 3 in 1). Every 10 years or so , I have to go through the same surgery as they comeback regularly and keep growing. I must say that this was the first time I could sleep normally from day one after the treatment . I think this is mainly due to the small cut that Dr Ratnavel did for each cystis (despite the size of some of them, up to one inch) . In addition, very nice chap , friendly and emphatic.

I write to say how pleased I have been with the whole process. The back up team provide Dr Ratnavel and his patients with an excellent service .
